CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROBERT
Your appointments are very important to us. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. While Robert understands that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, he respectfully requests at least a 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, he missed the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
A cancellation fee will apply if: you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice and or do not show up for your scheduled appointment. The fee equals the full balance of the missed appointment and must be paid in full before scheduling further appointments. Thank you!
